Mobility in document scanning – ELO QuickScan

Scan documents with ELO QuickScan through your smartphone and transfer them directly to ELO.

Access documents wherever you are – ELO MobileConnector

Access the necessary documents even when you are not in the office. With ELO Mobile Connector you can transfer the selected ELO feders and documents to your mobile device. You decide whether you want synchronization through your own server or through a cloud service.

Easy archiving – ELO Print & Archive

A large number of documents are processed during daily activities: customer invoices, supplies, service providers and business partners, as well as bids, invoices and other documents that you create yourself. A multitude of individual steps are required to print, archive and transmit these documents. Now you can accomplish all these steps with one go, with ELO Print & Archive. You can print, archive and submit your invoices from other software applications, such as an ERP program.

One click clicks – ELO Click & Find

Search effortlessly with one click. Simply highlight a term, start the search, and the results are delivered directly to you. You can use ELO Click & Find when you select a term from an email, a website, or another application.

Rapid Archiving – ELO Dropzone

Archive documents in ELO quickly and easily. Select and drag delivery notices, images, invoices, and any other type of document to your predefined archiving location. ELO is responsible for indexing and archiving that document for you.

Intuitive use – Integration with Microsoft Office

You can create documents in your Microsoft Office environment and save them in ELO without any intermediate steps. The ELO button is integrated into Microsoft Office Suite to make your work as easy as possible. Saving directly to ELO also highlights a history of versions for each document. Additionally, you can use access rights management to define users who can edit this document. Older versions remain available and can be restored at any time.
