RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service for Office 365 consists of the following systems:

RICOH Smart IntegrationTo use RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service for Office 365, create a user account (RICOH Smart Integration user account), and associate it with the Microsoft Office 365® user account with which the interactive whiteboard is configured and is to be integrated with.Depending on the network environment where the whiteboard is used, RICOH Smart Integration performs user authentication.RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service for Office 365 uses the following two types of RICOH Smart Integration sites:
RICOH Smart Integration SiteThis site is used to add and delete users, and configure user settings such as names and passwords, as well as to configure the login method used to log into RICOH Smart Integration.Users can only configure their user settings.
RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service SiteThis site is used to configure the administrator settings on all interactive whiteboards using RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service for Office 365.It also can be used to configure the settings for integration with a Microsoft Office 365® user account, as well as to review the usage of the RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service for Office 365.Users can only configure their accounts and user settings for integration with their Microsoft Office 365® user accounts.
RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on ServiceInstall client software in each Interactive Whiteboard to use RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service for Office 365.
The client uses the authentication type for the authentication server used to limit user access to the interactive whiteboard.The client can be used to import a user registered meeting schedule from Microsoft Outlook®, hold meetings, manage attendees, and send interactive whiteboard contents by email or save such contents in Microsoft OneDrive® or Microsoft SharePoint®.
Interactive Whiteboard uses RICOH Interactive Whiteboard Add-on Service to hold a meeting with Microsoft Office 365® services (Outlook®, OneDrive®, and SharePoint®).

A Microsoft Office 365® user account can be used to schedule a meeting with Microsoft Outlook® and save files for a meeting in Microsoft OneDrive® or Microsoft SharePoint®.

The authentication server is used to authenticate users using an interactive whiteboard.
